Service Scope
Elite Prep Center operates strictly as a third-party logistics provider.
- We do not act as the seller of record
- We do not take ownership of inventory
- We do not engage in resale or dropshipping
All goods remain the property of the client at all times.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with Amazon and marketplace policies
- Providing accurate shipment and product information
Compliance Statement
Elite Prep Center does not support:
- Review manipulation
- Policy circumvention
- Misrepresentation of goods
Any client found engaging in prohibited practices may be refused service.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for marketplace account actions, suspensions, or policy violations caused by client activity.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if compliance standards are not met.
