Elite Prep Center operates as a compliance-first logistics provider. We adhere to Amazon’s Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Data Protection Policy (DPP) to ensure secure, transparent, and responsible handling of client data and inventory.
Our Role as a Service Provider
Elite Prep Center operates strictly as a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
- We do not act as the seller of record
- We do not take ownership of client inventory
- All shipments are executed under the client’s authorization and accounts
Our role is limited to receiving, inspecting, preparing, and shipping inventory in accordance with marketplace requirements.
Policy Compliance
We strictly adhere to Amazon policies and do not support or enable:
- Dropshipping policy violations
- Review manipulation or incentivization
- Circumvention of marketplace rules
- Misrepresentation of inventory origin or condition
All services are performed in alignment with Amazon’s operational and compliance standards.
Data Handling & Protection
We take data protection seriously and implement safeguards to protect all client information:
- Access to Seller Central is granted only with explicit client authorization
- We collect only the minimum data required to perform services
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is not stored unless operationally necessary
- All data is handled in accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy
Data Retention
Client data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational and compliance requirements.
- Operational data is retained for active service periods
- Non-essential data is securely deleted after use
- We do not sell or share client data with third parties
Credential & Access Management
We implement strict controls to protect account access:
- Role-based access is enforced for all systems
- Credentials are encrypted and never shared across unauthorized personnel
- Access is revoked immediately upon termination of services
Incident Management
In the event of a data or security incident:
- We investigate immediately
- Affected clients are notified within 24 hours
- Corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence
